A seminar on constructive thinking
Improve your thinking, improve your life
Every person is affected in some way by mental struggles – either in their own life or in the life of a loved one. People struggle with their emotions, with worry, with addictions, with relationships, with their focus, and in a variety of other ways. All of these areas are affected by the way that we think. In fact, how we think affects nearly every aspect of our lives. By improving the way we think, we can improve our mood, our behaviors, our relationships with others, and most importantly, our relationship with God. Improving thinking is a key to improving life.
